LAYOUTS - If you have a general idea of how you want the layout to be, you can make a simple sketch to give us an idea of placement and size, or we can make the layout from scratch. Understand that if we receive a finished layout that is not to be scanned, we may not be able to match it exactly. A proof will be faxed for your approval prior to all work. After the first proof, there is a $40/hour labor charge for the creation of subsequent proofs (min. charge $10 per proof). Artwork can also be supplied on disk in EPS format.
SCANNING - There is a $40.00 minimum charge for each scan. Complicated scanning/cleaning work is done at a $40/hour rate. For best results, supply camera ready artwork (max. size 8.5x11"). Lesser quality art can be used, but will reduce the sharpness of the final image.
OUTLINING/SHADOWING - There is a $3.50/sq. ft. charge for outlining and shadowing letters (minimum $20). Any time a design requires a vinyl outline or overlap, this charge applies to the affected area.
OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS - We reserve the right to overship or undership no more than 5% and will bill accordingly.
SHIPPING - Prices do not include shipping / handling charges. All orders shipped F.O.B. Factory, Los Angeles, California.

PRODUCTION TIME - Can be anything from three days to three weeks. We can give you a more accurate estimate upon receipt (or description) of your order.
TERMS - New customers will be required to send a 50% deposit with order and balance upon completion. Net 30 after third order and credit approval. ALL orders in excess of $1500 require a deposit.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE - We reserve the right to refuse any order. Written purchase order required for all custom orders. No COD orders accepted.
PRICES - All prices are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES - If an order in process is cancelled, cost of labor and materials used to date will be invoiced. Changes in shipping or packing instructions must be received 4 business days prior to ship date.
RETURNS & ADJUSTMENTS - No merchandise will be accepted for return after 30 days from date of invoice. No returns accepted without authorization. RA number must appear on label. All claims or shortages must be reported within 7 days in writing.
